Simple and straightforward. Two stages. Written technical stage and a second round of behavioural testing with panelists. For the technical part, be prepared to answer questions on physics, doesn’t matter what your major was. And the behavioural part consist of scenario based questions which you should approach using the STAR method

Traditional interview, going from office to office. Asked behavioral questions and inquired about technical knowledge. Phone interview first then onsite interview with tour. Would have preferred a panel interview so I could answer questions once.

On campus interview, went in and lasted about 45 minutes. Very easy. They just asked me questions about my resume and how willing I was to travel. Then they said they would contact me about the next steps in the hiring process.
