Interview
I applied online and received an email to schedule a phone interview for the next morning. I got hammered that night, woke up drunk to the phone ringing, and talked (quite drunkenly) about engineering and oilfielding, which I had done a little bit of both. Mentioned that I'd thrown in the towel on Colorado and wanted to go for a ride in the North Dakota oilfields. Was offered the position via a second phone call shortly after. Then, there was the background check and drug test, which I cheated with Quick Fix. Halliburton delayed my entire group's onboarding for a month while I was sleeping in my car in Williston, but that's part of the adventure.
There are three days campus recruitment process. Starting from written test in day 1, FGD in day 2, and, short interview in day 3. FGD was pretty casual, you'll be given 15 minutes to discuss a case, and depends on when your turn on presenting is, 1-2 hours to solidate the case outside while waiting for presentation turn. If you pass, you'll get into user interview the next day.

After passing the admin screening, I attended the psychometric/aptitude test at UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta. The test was conducted entirely online on our own devices; the venue had weak mobile signal and there was no option to take the test on paper, so a lot of time was lost just connecting and loading questions.
