Very straight forward interview process. The hotel was simply looking for a responsible, flexible, friendly employee for the front desk. They asked me questions mostly regarding my availability and experience in customer service. Once the interview was over they gave me the job on the spot once I met the general manager. Overall a good experience.

The interview process was straightforward and relaxed. I first had a short interview with the Front Desk Department Manager where we discussed my customer service experience, availability, and how I would handle guest situations. After that, I had a second interview with the General Manager, which was more conversational and focused on teamwork, communication skills, and reliability. The entire process was completed within about a week and the atmosphere was welcoming.
