Obviously the interview process was way to easy, they're always hiring, they'll hire anyone who is willing to spend their own money on chasing down down junk garbage leads.

They didnt ask any hard questions because they just want you to goto work for them, they used to offer a training pay but no longer do.

Very easy going and relaxed. It was nice talking to the manager. They seem to care about your work life balance too. I have the ability to take as much time off as I want, within reason. I just won't get paid for it.

It’s went smooth phone interview, in person interview, and a job shadow. Mentioned 3 weeks of paid training. Sounds like a great fit for me. Use of AI technology. Imagine if your driven you can make a good income with this company.
