I initially went in to interview for an entry level customer service position, upon completion of an on-site paper application I handed in my resume. The HR specialist that reviewed my resume then called me into the office to tell me that based on my experience a position for an HR coordinator may be a better fit for me. She was very transparent in what they were looking for and offered to have me come back in for a second interview with the Director. Fingers crossed :)
