I didn't interview but just wanted to provide feedback on the online application process. 1) application drove to external company website - Oasis Something - 2) First page of application form requests social security data(bogus) and birthdate . This is one of those application scenarios where the online form wants you to basically cough up everything required to steal your identity and yet provides you as an applicant with just about nothing useful. Also it's one of those annoying sites where you can upload a resume, but then after you do it also wants you to chronologically type in each and every job you've had with the corresponding timeline and the reason you left, after you've already provided a resume.
If this were my customer, for success, I'd advise them to shorten their application form, and not ask every person online who hasn't even made it through any initial screening to supply sensitive personal data such as social security info and birthdates, which should not even be legal to collect on an initial job application anyway.
