      Very Supportive Company to Work For

      Pros

      You'll actually meet the CEO and probably talk with him a few times a year, he's a great guy and very generous to his employees. You can get ownership in the company. The recruiters and account executives are kind and supportive people.

      Cons

      They are limited to working with employers in just a few states.

      The staff is nice to you at first.

      Don't put people in situations when the full time staff that's been there for decades doesn't know how to address the project either.

      Great company willing to do what it takes to help employees

      Pros

      Wonderful company filled with caring people who want to help you out. I'm a contract worker and obtaining a mortgage is very difficult. Harbinger employees went above and beyond to provide any/all documentation they could provide to make my lender happy. Very thankful! They genuinely listen to any troubles or concerns, and do a great job finding good fits for my skill set.

      Cons

      I have not had any negative experiences with this company in nearly five years.
