It was three rounds, with preparing a deck draft, a coding exercise, and then a final interview with the team. It was a very thorough process. They assessed my background and fit during the last part.
I applied online. I interviewed at HarrisX (New York, NY)
Interview
The process focused on three stages, an HR interview, a case study presentation, and a two hour panel interview with four interviewers, primarily covering behavioral and situational questions. I wasn't that difficult but I guess I wasn't lucky enough.

One common Behavioural Question: How did you go above and beyond to help someone?
I applied online. I interviewed at HarrisX in Feb 2021
Interview
I applied late December. HR contacted me late January. There were five rounds of interviews: a phone screen with HR (~ 30 minutes), SPSS assessment (~45 minutes), case study using Excel & PowerPoint (they give you 48 hours to complete it), analytics & comms interview with the director of analytics (~60 minutes), interview with the VPs and head of data science (~90 minutes). Definitely an extensive interview process, but it was also swift. There was less than a month between HR contacting me to getting the job offer.
