Applied online on the website. Approached by HR for a phone interview and then got scheduled for an in-person interview. The in-person interview was at their Mississauga office. Interviewed by 3 people, Assistant Brand Manager (previously Marketing Coordinator) and 2 Senior Brand Managers. Interview took about an hour. They said if chosen there would be another round of interviews with VP of Marketing.
