Interview
Through referral my resume was forward to the head recruiter who schedule a phone interview for the position. It was an screening interview.
Question such as previous experience and goals were in place.
Video intervista: 3 Brand manager intervistavano 3 candidati. Molte domande, inizialmente semplici per metterci a nostro agio, per poi focalizzarsi su eventuali problematiche di mercato (ad esempio, qual è il problema latente del mercato dei giocattoli? Come, seconde te, deve evolvere questa tipologia di mercato nell'era digitale?). A fine colloquio è stata prevista una business case.
