First, this was a full-time job as advertised. But after conducting extensive 4 rounds of interviews, they called me and said "We are willing to offer an Internship for the first 6 months" But how can an international candidate without a visa, go to the destination country and work or them.
If they are willing to provide an internship for the first 6 months, they need to raise this point at the 2nd or 3rd interview. So that I can decide to continue with further steps or not!
The First 3 interviews are really smooth as they clearly raised some questions about my past experience, projects and leadership skills. But in the 4rth interview, the interviewer being the same nationality as I am, showed clear signs of disinterest in me and haven't asked any questions about my educational background or my experience or my projects. He asked about the turnover, budget of the past company, dealings & contracts of the past company, etc related to the core secrets of the company I worked in. How can I reveal such things, and how can he expect me to know the company secrets (very disgusting)!!
Totally, this made me suffer a lot (mentally). As I have passed all the rounds of interviews but because of 1 person showing disinterest in me, ultimately I lost the job offer.
