I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Hatch (Mississauga, ON) in Nov 2016
Interview
I had an initial phone interview with human resources to verify that I met the initial requirements and to verify that I was able to work in Mississauga for 16 months. My second interview was also by phone since I am a student in Kingston. The second interview was with two engineers. They mostly asked me questions about myself and from my resume. The interview was easy going and felt more like a conversation than an interview.
Easy virtual interview where I was asked mainly about my prior work experience. Interview was with the positions direct supervisor. After the virtual interview I was offered the job within a few days

Question 1
What was a project where you had to manage multiple people
Interview process was easy. Just one virtual interview before receiving an offer letter. Questions were mainly focused on my experience and whether or not I would be interested in the industry

Question 1
What is the most difficult project you have had to manage?
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hatch (New York, NY) in June 2022
Interview
Typical interview. People were friendly and spent a good amount of time with me. However, they pulled a bait and switch with me and discussion in the interview did not match the job posting. Job posting was simulation and design - job was more sales and customer-facing. Little to no technical skills were discussed and they were more focused on customer service skills. Beware.
