Applied online. Got a phone screen shortly after. After the phone screen, I got an invite to complete an excel and aptitude test. I passed the test. Didn’t hear back for a week after I passed the test. I had to follow up to get the news that they went another way. I wasn’t upset, better and sooner communication could have been had the farther you get into the process.
