Interview
The interview process begins with a brief correspondence informing you of the interview date. The first interview consists of mostly behavioural questions and the second interview consists of mostly technical questions.

What is the functionality of a heat sink in a reactor?
The interview process was like a chat. They try to understand your personality and experience as well. They normally ask follow up questions based on your responses. Additionally they ask mainly how you deal with situations and some technical queations.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Hatch (Johannesburg)
Interview
Interview process was smooth, easy and the panel was friendly and engaging. The communication from HR was clear and I only had to attend one interview. The interview was a conversation and questions are not meant to make you slip.

Why do I want to work for the company and how do I see myself contributing to the division I applied for
Received an email to arrange an on-site interview. There were broken into two sessions with 30 min each in a meeting room. For each interview, two people were present, one mid-level manager and one junior asking a few questions. It was quite casual.
