Interview
I had the opportunity to go through three interviews with the Head X hiring team, and each experience was incredibly positive. The first round was with Madhuri, who was exceptionally warm and supportive. Her approachable nature made me feel completely at ease, and our conversation flowed effortlessly. The second interview was a technical one with Chris Chong, a Senior Product Specialist. He walked me through various customer-related scenarios I might encounter, and I did my best to provide thoughtful responses. I was pleased to receive encouraging feedback on my customer-handling skills. The final interview was with Alex, who took a few minutes to share insights about the company and my prospective role. Throughout the entire process, I felt genuinely comfortable, and the team’s recognition of my expertise was clear when they extended an offer immediately after.
