Health Insurance Fund interview questions

Was invited to attend an online interview however, the interviewer no showed... I stayed online for 30 minutes but no one showed. I am quite understanding so sent a polite follow-up asking if everything was ok and if they wanted to reschedule. No reply. Also tried to call but no office phone was available only customer service line for claims which put me on hold straight away due to these guys being a busy insurance company. Quite inconvenient as I scheduled time off work to attend this interview but received no further communication after this incident.
