I applied online. I interviewed at Health and Care
Interview
I got a first quick chat with the manager. Then programmed a veeeery long interview with him and a director. Asked me if I knew about the role and how much was the payment. Gave me 5 business cases and what they would've done after I gave each answer. Then was some professional questions about myself and finally some silly basic math questions. Aparently haven't change the interview structure from what I've read here. I'm sure I dodged a bullet.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Health and Care (London, England) in Mar 2025
Interview
2 interviews, one with HR, the HR manager at first was communicative and even pushy, calling if I didn't reply to his email within an hour. I had the final interview with the CEO. Then I was ghosted. The job requirements were way too many for a salary of 25k and even if they had made an offer I would decline. On top though they are completely unprofessional
