Question 1
How do you balance your technical responsibilities with mentoring others?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Healthforce (Cape Town)
Interview
The process included recruiter screening, 2 behavioural interviews, a presentation I had to prepare and aptitude tests. It took about a month. The hiring manager indicated an intention to make an offer, but about a week later I was informed that a senior executive, whom I had not met, had decided I was unsuitable based on my CV. I truly hope that they learned something from this process, but unfortunately for me it was a terrible waste of my time.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Healthforce
Interview
1st. Behavioral Interview 2nd. Take Home Work Study + Presentation 3rd. Psychometrics 4. 2nd Behavioural 5. Interview with the CEO or Chief of Staff
The interview process is lengthy but for good reason. The company is very selective on who they bring on to their team which is a good thing.
