Overall experience was pretty informal. After they responded to my application email, I spoke briefly on the phone and was asked to come in. On the day of the interview, met with the CTO and a Sr Flash Developer. They had me show them examples of my work, asking questions as we it all over. I was asked about various libraries and tools--whether I had used them or not--and described scenarios of how I applied languages and technologies in my projects. The whole thing lasted no more than an hour.
