I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Helloprint in Mar 2022
Interview
1 day after the application they replied with a few generic questions. Then, they ghosted me.
I sent a couple of chasers: nothing. Suddenly after 3 weeks they send me the invitation of codingame assessment. Quite hard for an entry level.
Then zero feedbacks. After 1 week I wrote them and they woke up rejecting me.
Chaotic and unpolite.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Helloprint (Rotterdam) in May 2022
Interview
They sent a coding test and a case study after reviewing my resume. Even though the tech lead liked my case study, the rejection was on the basis of some bizarre personality test that they make you take and nothing else. The entire recruitment process for a technical role is pointless if selection is done based on pseudoscientific tests. With the culture booklet that they send out and expect you to know in the interviews and the entire 'We are a family' facade that they put up in their office, it almost feels like they are recruiting for a cult and not a workplace. All things being said, the technical lead tried his best to get me on the team despite opposition from his higher ups. Truly sad to see a person of his ability being held back by the illogical recruitment decisions of the company.

Question 1
Some questions about the case study but mostly a few conversations about yourself.
