Helpmates Business Development Manager interview questions

I first got a call from a Regional Manager regarding an open position. I went and had a one on one interview with him. Then, I received a call from the corp. recruiter. I had a phone interview with her which consisted of background and behavioral questions. I was sent a personality assessment before I meant with the GM/VP.
