Overly aggressive and not very organized or consistent with questioning or processes. I had 6 different interviews with team members at all levels of the company for an entry level position, they were all kind and honest and very forthright with what they were looking for.

How familiar are you with CRM and the sales process?

Interview
Interview process was quick and smooth! The team made it fun, engaging, yet professional. Overall a very quick process with a Nov 30 interview to a quick turnaround of an offer early December.
Overall process, I met with the hiring manager, executives and a team member to ensure the right fit.

Interview
Interviewer was about 8 minutes late to the interview. Once he arrived his demeanour was very casual as we went through his questions. We discussed the role and next steps, explaining that he would be scheduling another interview with his colleague in charge of hiring. No follow up was then made to schedule the interview, despite numerous reminders and touch points. I would have liked to know if they were going ahead with another candidate, so I could learn from the process as opposed to merely being ghosted.
