      Fun but stagnant

      Pros

      Company culture among peers is strong. For the most part you will make friends in the office and relatively enjoy your time there. It's fun getting to spend time with the team. There is good money to be made in commissions if on the sales team. Very flexible for your personal life as long as you make up for it on your own time.

      Cons

      There are romantic relationships within the workplace which lead to inadequate and biased treatment of employees. The B2C space can be incredibly frustrating. Feel like there are not very many opportunities for career growth which can make you feel stuck and just going through the motions.
