Hencove Marketing interview questions

Very professional folks, they seem like nice/serious people. Enjoyed meeting them. Process: Initial contact w portfolio review followed by 3 rounds of interviews, including on-site visit + writing assessment. Again, everyone was very professional and the time from application to decision was less than 6 wks, which is very decent in the current market. Only qualm here is that their interview process was never explained, which made it difficult to make logistical plans and manage expectations. Every interview ended with “we’ll be in touch” — but when? And what happens next? No one ever said. No hard feelings and the process overall was expedient but this is a legitimate concern for job seekers.

Hencove seemed like an interesting company but I found the interviewer-I believe he was the founder-disengaged and making some discouraging comments. It was very discouraging and maybe was a good sign as to why I wouldn’t have fit with that company but it was a disappointing interview experience.
