Henkel Search Partners interview questions

This was an incredibly frustrating process. I reached out to Henkel Partners to interview for an operations director role. I signed up to speak with one of the principals at the firm. 5 minutes before our meeting she canceled on me and asked if I had time to speak later that day or the following day. I immediately responded to her that I was free later that day as well as the following day (Friday). She didn’t respond to me. I sent her multiple emails which all went unanswered. I finally ended up reaching out to one of the analysts and finally got rescheduled for Thursday (a week later). We spoke and then she said she would set up an interview with me and the CFO of WellBiz. I had to follow up numerous times with her to get the meeting set up. The 30 minute meeting went well, really no issues. I followed up with the partner to figure out next steps, etc. I asked her for the CFO’s contact information to thank me. She ignored me and didn’t give me his email address. I followed up with her multiple times about next steps with no response. Finally, she comes back to me and says the company is going a different direction. I found the partner extraordinarily flakey and rude. I think that someone like that is a poor representation of the company. I fully believe she is the reason why I did not get the role. The company ultimately ended up hiring someone with significantly less work experience than me and less educational credentials. I don’t think Henkel Search Partners is representing their companies well with this behavior/complete lack of professionalism.
