Fairly easy - Applied online and received a phone call from a recruiter 2-3 days later; Set up an interview with the branch manager for a week later; Attended initial interview with branch manager and another manager from one of the other locations; basic questions: behavioral, career goals, sales tactics, etc.; Received a phone call from the recruiter a few days later to inform me of a second interview with the area manager; Attended second interview which lasted no more than 10 minutes - more or less to just meet me and make sure I was okay. Was offered position a few days later and accepted.
