after I applied for the position I received a phone call interview which lasted around 10 min, it was an easy one,
after that, I got scheduled for an onsite interview which was a great one I went all prepared and dressing professional, I got called in the same day on the evening.
Lengthy, unprofessional, waste of time, needed to send confidential information over email which could be easily assumed as a scam, spent a lot of time but declined offer in the end

Customer service experience and how to solve problems
Very lengthy process. May have to reach out to recruiters to find out status. Three part interview that will last over 1 month possibly. Not much room for salary negotiations unless position has been open for lengthy period.
