I applied online; someone sent me an email to schedule my interview. I picked a time and date and went to the address on the invite. I was hired and start next week.

They talked about customer service skills, how to handle a lot of volume at peak times, and how I would handle a difficult customer.
Lengthy, unprofessional, waste of time, needed to send confidential information over email which could be easily assumed as a scam, spent a lot of time but declined offer in the end

Customer service experience and how to solve problems
Very lengthy process. May have to reach out to recruiters to find out status. Three part interview that will last over 1 month possibly. Not much room for salary negotiations unless position has been open for lengthy period.
