Hiker interview questions

Applied via Indeed. Straightforward interview process. Connected with the recruiter about the role and then moved onto the next round. Met with the head, as well as 4 other members of the team I would be working with. The last round of the interview I had to make a mock proposal. Ultimately didn't get an offer, but very positive experience all around.

Underwent two video interviews, and completed an assignment (which they comped regardless of hiring). Team was really friendly. I didn't get the job ultimately but enjoyed the experience and appreciated that they compensated for the assignment portion.
