Interview
Applied within the hotel and received a phone call about a week later to interview with the Front Office Manager.
Expect a lot of behavioral type questions since management will want to assess how you can handle guests in different scenarios.
Also, expect questions about availability/flexibility. Hospitality is 24/7 so they might need you to work either 1st or 2nd shift depending on your role.
