I interviewed at Hilton Homewood Suites (Boston, MA)
Interview
One phone 15 minute screening and one 30 minute in person interview with a tour. Super chill process. They had me come in for 2 days of training that was paid and basically just a work day.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Hilton Homewood Suites (Billings, MT) in July 2018

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Hilton Homewood Suites (Grand Rapids, MI) in Nov 2010
Interview
I applied online through their website after seeing a post on craigslist for a breakfast attendant. It was a part time position, 18 hours/week, early mornings. They brought me into a very white, bland room across the table from the manager and general manager, who both took turns asking me very mundane questions and seeming timid, shy and awkward the entire time. Basically, they wanted a young, energetic, smiling female, and they outright said it. They offered me the job immediately after the interview, enthusiastically telling me i was exactly what they were looking for in a candidate and asked me to start the following day. I came in and watched about 5 hours worth of training videos and then was thrown right into the mix. I had to follow directions to make massive quantities of food for everyone in the restaurant. It was impossible to keep up with on my own. The kitchen was disgusting and moldy. This, coupled with the sexual harassment that I felt creeping onward caused me to resign within the first week. Definitely wouldn't recommend to a young female who can't stand up for herself, but may be good for a culinary student who is very fast on their feet and needing a part time job during school.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
No difficult questions whatsoever. If you've had a job in the food/bev/hosp industry before, you know exactly what to expect out of this. Very basic.
