Was interviewed by a person who did not have the first clue of what the role demanded and expectations from the interviewee. The questions were basic and general more to prove the superiority and knowledge of the interviewer, without trying to understand what the interviewee's capabilities were. There was no element of understanding role and candidate fitment.
