      Interview

      I had the most unprofessional experience I've ever had in my life with this company. They are in recruiting business, but the company itself sucks at interviewing people. You may not get a reply for weeks even after the last step. Not recommended.

      I'm really sorry about your experience - we absolutely failed you. Our goal is to deliver a first-class interviewing experience, but I know we haven't been consistently been living up to it over the few months as we've doubled the size of our team in a very short amount of time. In the past month (October 2014) we've hired two new staff members to focus on the interview process and candidate experience, specifically to help enforce standards and deliver a more consistent experience.       I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Hired (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2014

      Was referred internally. The first round was supposed to be a Skype video call but the interviewer lost track of time and I waited for 20 minutes on Skype until I received an email. It was then changed to a phone call which lasted probably 10 minutes and I could tell the interviewer was outside walking so it was very difficult to understand some of our conversation. I never heard back from them even after following up a couple of times. Very odd and unpleasant experience since they are an employment company.
