I'm really sorry about your experience - we absolutely failed you. Our goal is to deliver a first-class interviewing experience, but I know we haven't been consistently been living up to it over the few months as we've doubled the size of our team in a very short amount of time.
In the past month (October 2014) we've hired two new staff members to focus on the interview process and candidate experience, specifically to help enforce standards and deliver a more consistent experience.
