Interview
One interview in person at the office. I was not keen on this role because, as well as working for the regional CEO, it also required the candidate to work for and report into the Office Manager. I did not click with her and felt the role was a backward move for me - I am used to being a top EA to CEO.

Interview
Interviews seemed like they went well and then there was no communication afterwards despite several attempts to reach out, I find this to be very unprofessional. I interviewed with two executives. I was told I would be interviewing again and then nothing.
