Online application followed by telephone interview. Assessment centre consisted of 3 parts. Group activity where group of candidates had to come up with a solution to an issue and present this. Second and third part was a presentation and interview to the same two assessors.

The candidates were split into groups and had to work together to solve a problem and then this was followed by a 1:1 interview with two members of the hiring team.
