The interview consisted of an initial call to set up an MS Teams meeting. They explained a bit about the company and then asked some questions like, "Tell about a time you identified and solved an inefficiency." "Where do you see yourself in 5 years?"" Tell us how you deal with failure." These were standard but well-delivered questions. They seemed like a great team.
