Holland Partner Group interview questions

Recruiter was extremely personable and detailed when breaking down company's background, mission, goals, and benefits. My hiring process took way longer than expected due to my own fault with having to push back dates. The entire time they were patient and understanding. Made me want to do my best and represent the company at my fullest.

The interviews themselves were relatively normal and easy. The process was very long and the interviewers were very slow and unresponsive. I had to reach out for an update twice; the first time I was given a new timeline (since the one provided at the end of the second interview was 2 weeks past), and when that new timeline expired by another two weeks, I reached out again to no response. A canned 'Thanks, but no thanks' email would have saved me a lot of wondering and uncertainty.
