Pros

The housing discount and sales incentive bonuses are nice perks. I don't pay much for my insurance either. There are opportunities for growth in many fields (accounting, leasing, project management, etc.) Holland buildings are always in walkable/desirable areas.

Cons

The company could use more diversity. High turnover for management. This company tolerates bigots and coarse behavior from its staff.

Bonus distribution is not guaranteed. Company had holiday parties and flew upper management around to all offices within a week instead of distributing bonuses.
