I had an interview with a recruiter, followed by a personality questionaire, and then a Zoom interview with a staff member, after which they ghosted me. The interview shed light on the fact that they seemed to be looking to hire someone with a higher set of skills than what was listed in the job posting.

they will have a phone screen for 30 minutes with the team, (project manager and business associates), and an onsite face to face interview to meet everyone else. it is a small company. They were looking for a java web full stack developer. the phone screen mainly focus on your experiences, knowledge and what your are looking for.
