Honda is given a packet that contains behavioral questions. When you interview it’ll start with your education and background. Then all the other questions will require the STAR module, so be sure to have situations of past projects, the task or action you took, and the result. They’ll keep asking to follow-up questions to get you to complete your STAR if incomplete. Interview will most likely be a panel, virtual and on Teams so smile for the camera! Candidates are scored immediately after the interview and results are shared with HR.

It was lengthy but good at the end. Started from introduction then questions about mechanics etc. Some questions were about the trends in industry. The process was not too long and straight forward.
