The process was thorough and I could tell they were looking to find people who were really interested in basketball. Having a passion for the sport and an understanding of how to coach is very important.

Interview
I spent 20 minutes talking on the phone about an opening with Travelers Insurance and answering questions relative to the role/position that I am applying for. Phone interviews/screenings have been helpful just in terms of trying to see if I can really see myself in that position and I felt the same with this process.
