In person 30 minute interview with floor manager, asked a series of questions relating to customer service and shop floor organisation. The interview was easy but the interviewer was scrutinising.
Easy enough. Had a video interview answering automated questions and then a group interview which involved working in teams e.t.c. I was then taken off for a 1:1 interview and offered the job.

Interview
phone interview followed by in person interview and then going out to the shop floor to do a consultation. Then meeting some of the other sales advisors. It's a standard interview process for retail
