How would you deal with a person who does want to cooperate with the processes that are in place?

There are multiple ways to answer the question - but I responded with a high-level answer encompassing the reiteration of following company policies and processes are a requirement from the Company. Providing an opportunity to retrain on the process, if necessary. Depending on the next steps (behavior-wise), contacting the individual's manager and/or HR, if need be, would be the final step in my interaction.
