ITIL Incident and Problem Management Process Owner Interview

      19 May 2019
      Anonymous employee
      Tampa, FL
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Amgen (Tampa, FL) in Apr 2019

      Interview

I was recommend for the above role by a recently acquired friend and was approached by the Talent acquisition team by phone about 3 days after the initial email was sent from Amgen. The first phone screen went very well and while it was only a 30 minute phone call - my personal HR rep was very thru in the questioning and explanation of the entire interview process. I was told that, if I was interested, he would pass my profile along to the hiring manager for review. I was contacted within a few days with an appointment for a phone interview with the hiring manager. This interview, again, went extremely well for during the 30 minute call and I learned a lot about the specific role and the expectations from the HM. I was told the timeline for the next steps during this phone call as well. My onsite interview took place about 10 days after the phone interview and it, too, went extremely well. There was a final 30 minute conversation about 3 days later with the HM to confirm my interest. Overall the entire process took about 5 weeks.
