Included 4 stages: Introduction, Technical Round, Technical Discussion, In-person Interview.
Technical Round consisted of a take home assignment, which had a subjective question and a design challenge. Technical Discussion was based on the take home assignment.

Question 1
Give an example of a time when you failed at a task or made a mistake, and how you recovered from it.
The final interview involves a surprise on-site task, which i did not appreciate. Other than that, the team moved fast with the process and was very friendly. Seems like a great team. Cool downtown London office.

Interview
Overall it was a very smooth interview process. I submitted the initial application online via the website. I was contacted and asked to complete a case study exercise as the first round of interviews. Following this, I was invited for a video interview.
