First round with Marketing Manager, 2nd round with Head of Marketing. They are good professionals that care about employees, would like to work for them if i had the chance
They consume our 1 day- full time by collecting our ideas and then they ghost the candidates.
The CEO is very rude.
Their employees too.
It looks like a poisonous working environment.
