Hudson Agile Technologies Java Developer interview questions

There will be 3 rounds of interview 1 - MCQ question on Java 2 - 2 programs 3 - Technical Round I cleared 2 rounds of interview but they didn't called me for 3rd round they said you can leave for the day then later I called to them I asked why I didn't selected they told that you didn't not perform well on 2 round you scored only 40% But I told I am damn sure that 2 programs are exactly correct but they are not listening to us they are not interested to take the candidate they are just calling for the interview for name sake and rejecting even though you performed well
