I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Humana in Aug 2019
Interview
The interview process was pretty straightforward. Started with a phone screen with the recruiter followed by a technical interview with the hiring manager. I followed up directly after to say thank you and after not hearing back for a couple of days I followed up a second time.
After not hearing back I assumed I would not be moving forward in the interview process. I finally heard back about two weeks from my interview that I would not be moving forward, so I thanked them for following up and let them know I had assumed. I then received an extremely condescending response from the recruiter "we'll let you know if a more junior position opens up."
Please work on connecting and following up with your candidates sooner so that they are not stuck making assumptions on where they are in the hiring process.
