spoke with recruiter on the phone then, a few days later, was asked to come for an in person interview. interview was with a group of three managers. a week later was contacted by the recruiter and was informed that they were extending an offer...quick process altogether.

Two rounds of interviews. They HM made it easy to communicate, ask questions, and share about myself. I do recommend you ask questions regarding benefits and workload. Also, ask about the team dynamics.
